How do I setup an account and become a customer?

We offer a couple of ways to become a customer and start ordering products.

Once I have an approved account, what payment options to I have?

PHP offers two ways to pay for your orders:

  • Pay by Credit Card using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards. We do not charge your card until your order has shipped.
  • For existing customers with accounts, you can utilize the "PO" option during the check out process. You will receive an invoice and an order statement. Both can be viewed in your "customer dashboard".
  • Please make all payments (checks or money orders) payable to Portable Heater Parts / PHP. You can mail us at:

I already have an account, how can I order online?

Once you're an approved customer with PHP, you can setup your online account two ways:

  • You can submit your information using our online form here: https://www.phpdistribution.com/setup
  • You can reach our Customer Service department at: 800-362-6951
  • We're available to setup your account Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Central Standard Time
